I have always loved gaming, but there is something different about playing on a LAN. Human players definitely put forth a better challenge than bots. Try playing just about any game on a LAN it feels much better. Now that I have two PCs I have set up a LAN between them. The main purpose it so that I can store all my data on just one large hard-disk. This tackles all the storage problems that I used to have earlier with my 40 GB hard-disk.

When will I begin programming LAN applications? Probably soon. There are many applications that I have in my mind. Should do that some time soon.

College starts today. That will mean I will spend lesser time with my PCs. But college also give me more meanful reasons to use the PC than play games. I have missing college, especially in last week. It has been a long vacation. I think is was the longest vacation I have had in engineering. Why do I miss college so much? Simple, going to college is like going to a picnic every day. All we do in college, have fun. I don't think that anyone will disagree with that. Now, would you not love to have a picnic every day?

Forgot to mention, yesterday was the feast of our Chruch. That is the St.Michael's Chruch, Maickpur. We have a fair that is organised there on the 2nd sunday of january, for nearly 400 years. My friends had come over for the festival.

I have strayed a lot from my original topic of LAN gaming, but just felt like writing. I remember I have to write about Goa. I will do that when I have the photos scanned.
